State Farm home insurance rates are set to go up again. This is the second time in nine months the company has raised rates. State Farm blames the rising cost of doing business for the increases. According to data from the Texas Department of Insurance, San Antonio homeowners could see their rates jump more than 11 percent. That amounts to about $150 a year for the average home.
